I found this Victoria’s Secret Model Workout on Pinterest a while back, and it quickly became one of my favorites.
- You can do it anywhere.
- You don’t need any props.
- It gets your heart rate up and your sweat on.
- Trainer Andrea Orbeck wastes no time and gets right into the workout with you. She’s also trained Victoria’s Secret models so she knows how to make you look good.
- It only takes 10 minutes.
*Bonus—Your pets will be jumping all around you while you do these crazy moves, and that’s just downright entertaining.
The routine is perfect when you don’t have a lot of time, but you want to make every minute count. You’ll work hard, but you’re only doing a few “time under tension movements”, so you can power through. And you’ll feel one step closer to being a VS angel afterwards…or at least your own version of a perfect angel.
